I can't remember where I got this-- I think it was out of the newspaper years ago.
8 oz. dry fettucine pasta
1 T oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 red or yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup garlic herb marinade
Cook pasta. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet and cook over
medium-high heat. Add chicken, saute for about 5 minutes.
Stir in pepper and cook for an additional 3 minutes, or longer until
chicken is cooked. I usually pour a little of the garlic and herb
marinade in for the last few minutes. When chicken is ready, pour
over cooked pasta, and then mix in more of the marinade (basically
using it as a sauce.)
I've been making this for years. People love it and it couldn't be easier.
1 container sour cream
1 pkg. Good Seasons Zesty Italian dressing mix
Mix.
That's it!
I usually cut the top off the pepper, pull out the seeds, and use it as a little bowl for the dip.
My mom got this recipe out of the newspaper when I was a kid, and she has been making them forever. Now I make them. They're delicious.
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. honey
5-6 lbs. frozen chicken wings, defrosted
1/2 c. soy sauce
2+ cloves of garlic (jarred, minced garlic works great for this.)
Mix ingredients. Pour over wings. Put on rimmed baking
sheet in a single layer. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
From Karen=^..^= on Recipezaar. This is really good and sooooooo easy!
10 Twinkies (the recipe calls for 10, both times I've made this I've only used 9.)
1 3 1/2 oz. box instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 8 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
2 pkgs. sweetened frozen strawberries, thawed (Make sure you get the sliced, not whole.)
Slice twinkies in half lengthwise. Lay evenly flat side up in a 9
x 13 inch pan. Pour strawberries over twinkies. In a bowl,
mix pudding, milk, and whipped topping together until well
combined. Spread over strawberries. Chill overnight.
